Cancellation & Refund Policy – clgproject

  1. Order Cancellation

    • Cancellation requests will only be considered within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • Once work on your project (PCB design or firmware development) has started after this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

    • As our services are customized and made-to-order, refunds after work has commenced are strictly not possible.

  2. Defective or Incorrect Deliverables

    • In case you receive a deliverable that is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, you must report it to our customer service within 3 days of receiving the files.

    • Our team will review the complaint and work to address the issue appropriately, which may include corrections or modifications to the design/firmware.

  3. Warranty or Manufacturer Issues

    • For issues relating to components or products provided by third-party manufacturers, please refer directly to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. clgproject is not responsible for third-party hardware defects beyond the scope of the project deliverable.

  4. Refund Processing

    • Refunds, if approved under the 24-hour cancellation window, will be processed within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.

  5. Custom Services Disclaimer

    • All work performed by clgproject is customized according to client specifications, and therefore, perishable or non-reproducible services (custom PCB designs, firmware code, prototypes) are not eligible for cancellation or refund once work has commenced.

    • This version clearly reflects your custom, made-to-order service model, your 24-hour cancellation limit, and handles defective or incorrect work reporting.
