The Platform is owned by clgproject, a business operating under the relevant laws of India, with its registered office at S-118-119, Sridhar City Ext, Behind MPS School, Machwa, 303706, Jaipur (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").
Your use of the Platform and services is governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform, including any policies which are incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner, and these terms and conditions constitute your binding obligations with the Platform Owner. Any terms proposed by you that are additional or conflicting are expressly rejected and shall have no effect. These Terms of Use may be modified at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, "you", “your” or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a client or user on the Platform.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions stated below.
1. Services
We provide customized PCB design services and firmware development for microcontrollers including ESP32, Arduino, STM32, and others (“Services”) based on client requirements. All work is done on a project/order basis.
2. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requesting our Services. We do not guarantee that the Services or deliverables are free of errors, and it is your responsibility to evaluate the suitability of the Services for your needs.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
You agree to pay all charges associated with availing the Services as per the agreed quotation.
Refunds are not possible once the project work has started, except if requested within 24 hours of project initiation.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, firmware, and other materials created by us remain the proprietary property of the Platform Owner unless explicitly transferred under a separate agreement. You shall not claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in these materials.
5. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any unlawful purpose, and you acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform or Services may lead to legal action.
6. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for any content, terms, or policies of such third-party websites.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses arising out of:

Violation of any law or regulations
Infringement of third-party rights
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data. The total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services or Rs. 100, whichever is lower.
9. Force Majeure
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes relating to them shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
